How it works

Getting started is simple, and never rushed.

Every arrangement begins with listening. From there, we build a rhythm of visits around the person, not a checklist.

Services

Companionship shaped around the things they already love.

Visits are flexible and unhurried. Some weeks are about good conversation over a pot of coffee; others are about a crossword and a favourite old record.

Meet Rob

A familiar face, focused entirely on their comfort.

I'm a fourth-generation Victorian, born and raised right here in Victoria, BC. These neighbourhoods, their stories and the people in them have been part of my family for over a century.

I started this work after watching my own parents and grandparents grow older. I saw how much a regular visit, a good conversation and a little help getting out the door meant to them, and how quiet the days could feel without it. I want to be that steady presence for other families: someone who shows up on time, remembers the name of their first dog, and has the patience to let a story take the long way around.

I've also spent more than ten years working in retirement communities across Victoria. That time taught me how to notice the small changes, keep conversations easy and make every visit feel natural, whether someone is living independently at home or settling into a new residence.

My visits are steady and unhurried. I follow your loved one's lead, respect their routines and their home, and treat every person as the capable adult they are. Families get a short, honest update after each visit, so you always know how the day went.

“My promise is simple: I’ll show up when I say I will, listen more than I talk, and treat your loved one the way I’d want my own family treated.”
